What you get
Your factory keeps running even when everyone is offline.
On a dedicated server your factory produces around the clock, and anyone in your group can join at any time. Nobody has to keep their own PC running as host.
In the customer portal you set autosave interval and count, network quality, seasonal events and auto-update.

Hardware and ports
The values our template starts with.
Satisfactory grows with your factory. We start at 8 GB of RAM and recommend 12 GB for large factories.
Ports are preconfigured and visible in the customer portal. Port 8888 (TCP) is needed for reliable transfer between game and server.

What you set in the portal
The basics without files.
In the portal you find:
- Autosave interval
- Autosave count
- Network quality
- Disable seasonal events
- Auto-update
- Send crash reports

Play in four steps
From order to your first miner.
Pick Satisfactory in the shop and choose the player count.
Pay. The server is set up automatically and starts.
In the game open the server manager, add the server IP and claim the server.
In the server manager create a new session or upload a save and get started.

Good to know
To keep the server running smoothly.
- Claim the server in the game
- The first time you claim the server in the game server manager and set the administrator password there. After that you create the session.
- Autosaves and backups
- The server saves automatically. In addition, create backups in the portal, for example before a big rebuild.
- Both ports open
- The game needs the game port and port 8888. Both are preconfigured with us, you do not need to open anything.

How many players fit on the server?
Our template covers 2 to 32 players.

Can I bring my existing save?
Yes. Upload it in the game server manager or place it via SFTP. Make a backup in the portal first.

Do I need to open ports?
No. The ports are preconfigured with us.

Can I scale the server up later?
Yes. You change the player count in the portal. The new price applies pro rata from the change.
