What you get
A server where your community sets the rules.
You get a dedicated server that is reachable around the clock. You edit the server configuration directly in the files, in the file manager of the portal or via SFTP, just like on any DayZ server.
In the portal you start and stop the server, see the console, create backups and schedule restarts.

We start at 4 GB of RAM and recommend 6 GB for larger servers.
Ports are preconfigured and visible in the customer portal.

Typical files and values you edit:

Play in four steps
From order to your first spawn.
Pick DayZ in the shop and choose the player count.
Pay. The server is set up automatically and starts.
Adjust the serverDZ.cfg in the file manager, then restart.
In the game open the server list or enter the IP with port 2302 and connect.

Good to know
To keep the server running smoothly.
- Back up before changes
- Before you change configuration files, create a backup in the portal. That way you can always go back.
- Restart after changes
- The server reads its configuration on start. After a change, restart it once.
- Restart regularly
- A scheduled restart at fixed intervals keeps the server stable. You create it in the portal under tasks.

How many players fit on the server?
Our template covers 10 to 60 players.

Do I have to edit configuration files myself?
Yes. For DayZ there is no settings form in the portal, the configuration runs through the files. You get access via the file manager or SFTP.

Can I scale the server up later?
Yes. You change the player count in the portal. The new price applies pro rata from the change.

Is there DDoS protection?
Yes, the protection is included with every server.
