What you get

A server that keeps running while your tribe sleeps.

On a dedicated server your world stays online even when nobody plays, and anyone in your tribe can join at any time. Nobody has to keep their own PC running as host.

The essentials are set in the customer portal: server name, map, server and admin password, BattlEye, auto-update and the mod IDs. Anything beyond that you edit in the file manager or via SFTP.

Play in four steps

From order to your first base.

Pick ARK in the shop and choose the player count.
Pay. The server is set up automatically and starts.
In the portal set server name, map and passwords, then restart.
In the game open the server list or enter the IP with port 7777 and connect.

Good to know

To keep the server running smoothly.

The first start takes a while: On first start the server downloads the game and the map. That can take several minutes. You can follow the progress in the console in the portal.
Mods by ID: Enter the mod IDs in the portal, separated by commas. After a change, restart the server once.
Restart regularly: Big worlds need more memory over time. One scheduled restart per day at a quiet hour keeps the server stable. You create it in the portal under tasks.
