Build with us

Big plans need people who care.

Nobody Workz is growing across hosting, digital studio products and community. We are looking for people who want to shape that growth, take ownership and learn with us. Character, reliability and curiosity matter more to us than a perfect CV.

What we can offer today

Hosting services at our purchase price and role-based access to Nobody Workz systems, tools, add-ons and licensed project resources. You work close to real products and can actively influence processes and priorities.

Transparent from day one

Build-up roles are currently unpaid. A future salaried position is our goal, but cannot be promised. Freelancer projects follow a separate agreement with project-based revenue share. All expectations are agreed before collaboration starts.

Real people, direct contact

Michael Gloe & Lukas Eberle personally accompany applications and collaboration. There is no anonymous HR process.

How joining us works

No endless application process. We first find out whether the role, expectations and people are a good match.

  1. 1Choose a role or send an initiative application.
  2. 2Contact us through Discord, the portal or the contact form.
  3. 3We discuss experience, interests, availability and expectations personally.
  4. 4If it fits, we define access, responsibilities and the first manageable tasks together.

What we expect from each other

You organise your time freely, but commitments should be reliable. Ask questions early, document your work and handle internal systems, customer data and licensed assets responsibly. In return, we provide honest feedback, room to learn and meaningful responsibility from the beginning.
