For the classic club site with dates and board, the smallest plan is enough. If you have departments with their own domains, several mail addresses per group or an archive with many photos, look at the larger plans.

Is there a club discount?
No separate discount. Instead prices are final prices and there is no minimum term. You see running promotions in the shop.

Can several board members access the services?
Yes. Domains, web hosting and mail hosting can be shared with other people in the portal, so nobody has to pass credentials along.

How many mail addresses are included?
That depends on the plan. The number of mailboxes in web hosting is in the table above. For more addresses, aliases and a shared inbox there is mail hosting.

Is this GDPR compliant?
The servers are in Germany and a data processing agreement is available. Responsibility for the data inside the club stays with the club. You find the details in the legal documents.

Can I move our existing club site?
Yes. Files and database can be transferred. If you need help, open a ticket and we look at the move together.

What if the club needs more later?
Then you switch to a larger plan or add mail hosting or a game server if there is a gaming department. No restart needed.
